Service Description

This offering consists of one weekly bodywork session followed by a 1:1 coaching session to provide optimal and comprehensive support. The NeuroEmbrace session is held in person in Munich & the coaching session is conducted online via Zoom and lasts between 30 and 75 minutes, depending on your nervous system's capacity. You will receive a recording, a summary, and any custom exercises to aid optimal integration.
